WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL TRIPS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. However, tickets are refundable if we cancel a trip due to less than the minimum passenger count or weather conditions.

CHECK-IN POLICY

All passengers must be checked in at our ticket booth 20 minutes before departure to receive a boarding pass. The boat will not wait for late passengers, so please give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the booth, especially during the summer season.

For your safety, please wear soft-soled shoes. No Heels!

For safety reasons, no strollers or wheelchairs are allowed on board.

DOG POLICY

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow dogs on board. Certified service dogs are allowed.
